From Humble Beginnings to Global Impact

Business Elevation was founded in 2005 by Katherine Reynolds and David Chen, two former Fortune 500 executives who recognized a critical gap in the consulting industry. While most consulting firms were offering generic solutions, Katherine and David envisioned a firm that would provide truly customized strategies tailored to each client's unique challenges and opportunities.

Starting with just three clients and a small office in Chicago, Business Elevation quickly gained recognition for delivering exceptional results. Our client-centric approach and data-driven methodologies helped businesses not only overcome immediate challenges but also build sustainable foundations for long-term growth.

By 2010, we had expanded to New York and San Francisco, and in 2015 we opened our first international office in London. Today, Business Elevation operates in 12 countries across four continents, serving clients ranging from ambitious startups to multinational corporations.
